We provide various types of machines and devices supporting or facilitating the assembly of elements. They are designed for individual customer requirements and take into account specific problems encountered during assembly. They replace human labor due to the higher forces required for proper installation or difficult access for human hands.

The material can be inserted into the station by the operator, then the operator starts the device, and then the assembled element is removed by the operator. In addition, the use of various vision or measurement systems checks the correctness of assembly and signals to the operator whether a given element has been correctly installed. It is possible to additionally use the Pick&Place cobot in the process of delivering elements for assembly as well as their collection, and the station works fully in automatic mode.

As a rule, the first assembly attempts are made manually using simple tools, the next step is the process of automating the operation of the device, and the last step concerns tuning the machine and striving to obtain the desired cycle times.
