catching of the item is a prerequisite for proper and reliable handling of the item. In order to move or manipulate various elements, we must strive for a grip as firm as in the case of gripping an object with human fingers.
Depending on the shape of the element as well as its properties (whether it is a solid block or a delicate cardboard), we use a different way of holding the element. Very often we make our own grippers, because typically designed grippers cannot be used.
The combination of our design experience with a modern CAD system and 3-D printing technology results in the creation of many different grippers with optimal weight and strength.
All presented grippers have been tested in production conditions by performing hundreds of thousands of cycles and the only faults are mechanical damage caused by operators inattention.
